Need better towels.īeverage service when you are playing the slots is very slow and some times non existent. Spa front desk has never been very friendly.

The amenities are almost non existent now, several times I have been there either the sauna or the steam room were not working. The Spa started as a very nice place but has deteriorated with time. I am not talking about large jackpots, at least smaller returns to keep it fun. I have talked to people playing in the casino and heard the same comments. Worst paying slots of any casino I ever visited.

I have experienced good and bad customer service food and rooms. I have been staying at Rincon for several years.
